I am seeing changes physically and I know my body composition is changing, but just bouncing around in the 370s on the scale since Sept 17 is a disheartening site. Today it broke from the pattern and went lower even though I ate more yesterday than I normally do. Hope this means there is a vwoosh coming!!!

sometimes eating too low of calories can slow your movement. not getting enough protein can hurt too. Glad you are seeing body changes those matter a great deal

I know just hadn't felt like eating and eating a lot more on some of the days made my tummy hurt.. This time it hurt less. The tunmy issue is all stress related I know that
