Anyone know how to log the white cheese dip served at Mexican restaurants? I always just guess but I’d prefer a more accurate logging if possible. TIA!

I use the calories on Gordo's original cheese dip. It tastes very similar.

Ok thanks! I had entered a great value one which was 20 calories more and 2g less protein. Changed to Gordo’s. Normally I’d bounce around between queso blanco and fresco. Wish all restaurants were required to give nutrition info even if it’s just a guess based on recipes. A close calorie count and breakdown of c/f/p would be very helpful. For small Mom and pop places like I went to it wouldn’t have to be exact. Heck I’d settle for “cheese dip: small, approx 150-200 kcal”. Anything’s better than what they told me which was ‘I don’t know but it’s a lot’. Lol
