It is not necessary that you understand my letters or numbers, the thing is that I will eat Southern chicken-spaghetti today and tomorrow and the recipe I found it in Google but it does not have the calories so I had to add the calories of all the ingredients and divide it into 8 eight portions

And this is the reason why I will be updating my weight only when the numbers are downs, counting calories is enough for me (mathematics 🙄😰😂) Although lately I really enjoy counting my calories haha

Oooohh that sounds like a great meal! I actually jot down the grams/mls that I weigh out and input it later, most days anyway. It’s just easier that way.

Yes, I am really focused counting my calories, sometimes I wake up at midnight and start thinking about what I am going to eat the next day or next week ☹😕😂😂
