Getting ready to sleep and looked at my journal. I need about 100-200 calories and 40g protein still. 3/4 of a huge chicken fry for dinner didn’t even give me 50g!! And for once I’m just not hungry! May settle for a 50 cal 9g jerky and 160 cal 30g shake. I always have room for jerky and the shake is a treat and not very filling. I’ll be just under but I think I was just over yesterday. Tomorrow I may have to have another 3/4 pound of hamburger for lunch. Dinner will be carb heavy as hubby comes home from his trip and he wants comfort food after a trip. I’ll try to watch protein better tomorrow!
