Amazing work outs, and tough on the skin. The sharp handle of one of my dumbbells, made me wrap Tennis Ratchet handle tape around it. Soon to buy heavier dumbbells, and I am tempted to try bicycle handlebar tape around them. 'Padded guy' lol.
