I haven't been on here much this weekend. Took yet another trip out of town for the holiday. Did my best to log food, altho I haven't put today's in yet. The plus side is I did quite a bit of walking...up plenty of steep hills. Today, on our way home, we hiked to a waterfall with some friends. Down hill going in so it was all uphill coming out. NSV for me was not having to stop and rest constantly like everyone else. My son and I eventually took off and left the rest of them, lol. I would not have been able to do that 6 months ago. Time to finally get back into my regular workout routine and healthy diet. Will be interesting to see what the scale tells me in the morning.
