Dinner time! My Keto meat loaf didn’t turn out very good. Too much flax, a lill squishy. And too much Parmesan, salty. But the zucchini turned out great!

I barely ate half the meat loaf 😒🙁 Thought I could do it. Just can’t do it. It’s turned slimy!! 😫😫😫😫😫😫😫

I’ve made meatballs a few times adding Parm and flax but I never measure anything! Lol I also made enough for my daughter + leftovers so my proportions were off 😑 She won’t eat it either lol don’t know what I’ll do with it

Don't give up on the keto meatloaf, try another recipe. You gotta find one you both like. It took me years to find a regular meatloaf recipe my husband liked. He made the mistake of comparing my cooking to his ex-wife's cooking. I was a vegetarian when we met. He's lucky I ever tried cooking meat at all. After 25 years I still won't fry chicken for him🐔

I made up a modified recipe to my stuffed green peppers and it worked out pretty well. I use cauliflower rice in place instead of the oatmeal I normally use. and then the seasoning. Garlic, parmesion cheese, minced onion and you have to add water to the mix. otherwise the meatballs are way too firm. it would be the same with meatloaf

Too much Grease in That meat .... Pico de Gal with half that meet I just Stopped eating meat except Chicken Fish Save me money and I LOST WEIGHT I went from 164 to 127 My Healthy Eating Worked for me 👏

Live by the rule of Thomas Edison. This is one way that didn’t work. Soon you will find the one way that does and look at how wonderful it will be!!! Keep on plugging away at it.

Why the added flax? As a replacement for breadcrumbs? Made some decent meatloaf on keto, with just the minced/ground meat, egg, bit of chopped onion, bit of chopped pepper, salt and pepper, and then added cheese on top, so it got all nice and crunchy as the metloaf baked. :)
