For me the key to success has been a combination of planning, portion control, and patience. This time I am losing slowly and eating in a way that I can sustain. I hope I can continue not to be tempted at work. Yesterday I almost had a piece of cake at a party, but I knew I would feel well if I ate it, especially since it was chocolate, which gives me heartburn. I feel great about my decision. Today I am prepping food for the week. The best part is my 16 year old daughter lives the healthy food and thanked me for making it. My 24 year old daughter asked me to buy chips and French bread. At least I have one on the same page!
