Ive been MIA from here lately, things in my edge of the universe have been hectic & a bit stressful, but I"m ok. My woe & exercise program are not ok though, but I'll change that soon. I had to cancel my membership at 24/7 and also my food intake has been crazy, of course with that comes up/down & all around but again I'll be ok. My weight is UP I'm going to watch it this week and will post next week, BUT again I"ll be here off and on. All my kids & grandkids (2) will be here tomorrow not sure how long they will be here, so I want to spend as much time as I can with them. I still have to work FT but hopefully I will be able to take a few hours, 1/2 days or full days off in the next few weeks. It has been incredibly hot here in FL lately and I still have no AC. I do have a portable unit and window unit for the kids room that I will turn on if they need it. I'm just trying to keep my electric low since I really can't afford too much expense, my water bill is outrageous but there are reasons for that beyond my control (type of service) and I can't change that right now. Hope all is well in FS land and take care to ALL :-)
