Happy Almost My Vacation, my Funny Followers!

So, I checked the "healthy" bodyfat percentage for women my age - I am actually in the "slim" range at 29.38% Hmmm...I do not think so...

I do not look at the bodyfat% on my fancy scale because I do not believe it is accurate. I have the same person use the same calipers and "pinch" to get my true percentage!

Age 60, and older, bodyfat% for women:

28% or less = Lean(Low)
28% - 31% = Slim (Healthy)
31% - 34% = Fit (Fair)
34% - 38% = Average (High)
38% or above = Obese (Very high)

Note to self: 50-60%/30-40%/10-15%

Short Range Goals:

* Down on the Idiot Box while retaining muscle by year end 2018 DOING
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer on August 22nd DONE
* Drink at least 12-14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals: 2018/2019
*Bodyfat at 27% or less (Current 29.38%)by early 2019
*Longer range body fat goal is 22%-24% - which at my age is great!
*Maintain 160lbs or less staying under goal weight by early 2019
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts

Thank you for the compliment and it seems I do well staying under 125 but I struggle to stay at what in my opinion is best at 115. I honestly had not realized how long I had been absent from here. I am so happy to see you are still here and achieving your fitness goals! I hope we can both continue to encourage each other on this journey.
