Happy Monday morning everyone - I hope that you all are having a great day pursuing your life adventure. My lesson learned for this last week is that I am OK reducing my Carbs lower that where I have been keeping them. working on rebalancing the fat and proteins to get the calories where I need them. I need to talk to my Doc about reducing my injected insulin again as I am positive I am just adding carbs to use up the insulin again. I have a had a few morning BGL lows, I am going to trend this out so I can quantify the results. I had a great week and weekend - nothing special just time with the wife doing life. I did manage to increase weights across the board at the gym and got to a 36" box jump. Whoo hoo. Remember everyone - This is a participant activity - get out there and get busy living.
