So far so good. Eating lighter certainly isn't hurting me a bit. I have more energy and less knee pain. Yesterday I had a Greek salad at Panera Bread and loved it. I am on Atkins, but sometimes my carbs are a little heavy, but my calorie count is pretty steady.
