I lost 2 pounds! Wouldn't it be wonder if every time we got on the scale there would be a 2 lb loss? I am delighted so I am going to be very diligent over the weekend.

I weighed yesterday and lost some too. Today I did an extra 10 mins of cardio just because of how motivated the weight loss made me! Keep it up!
