Oh boy! Is that smoked or froed fish? And the noodles seems vegetable noodles right? You just put everything in the nori?

The fish are mackerels and the noodles are yellow zucchini. I roasted the seaweed(nori) without oil. You can have it separated or wrapped in it. :)
