Raised my antidepressant medications (with doctor's approval) and am feeling much better after a week of increased dose.

Stress still the same but not ruminating on it and hopefully won't crave the carbs so much.

Had a shake for breakfast, 1/3 cup powdered milk 90 cals, and one envelope of carnation instant breakfast without sugar (60 cals) then for lunch had 1 cup of steel cut pats, 1 half cup of black berries, 1/3 cup milk, and a teaspoon of brown sugar. The steel cut oats digest slowly and keep blood sugar stable thus staving off hunger.

Weight still the same so need to absolutely quit eating after dinner.

Good for you on finding a dose that works better for you :). Late night snacking was hard for me to give up and I haven’t given it up completely. I usually need something before bed as I can’t sleep when my stomach is growling. But I’ve changed to lower calorie and healthier options over my high calorie junk I ate several months ago. You can do it!
