Ugh. End of today I just wanted marinated steak and fries and onion rings. Ordered from the House of Beef. I also had chicken wings. Logged them. Totally stress eating. I weighed everything and logged, but that was as much control that I had.
Tomorrow is a good day for the gym. I know my friend probably won't go but maybe I will get her to come and just hang out with me while I lift weights. I have to get up early and go to a project without my assistant and without my boss. I do not have all the equipment I need so I am going to have to fake it.
Going to bed early. Hopefully I can get to sleep early as well.
