Thank you to who ever put this challenge weeks ago! It was a huge huge motivator for me!! This is the first group/weight loss place I've been succsseful.
I can't beleive we're on the last week. I'm just shy of 15 lb total loss over 11 wks. Thats big for me.
I really feel like the support from the people I've been lucky enough to hear from were big factors as well.
I'm looking for another challenge to take me into the fall soon.
I had a great time with this one. Glad to have found this site.
Whewwwww....now really is the home stretch!
