Homemade chicken noodle soup. 124kcal :). Family tradition of pizza tonight so saving up calories for it. 1/2 serving egg noodles, bit of chicken & shredded carrots and chicken broth. Have enough left for another bowl!

Oops! 145cal. Forgot to add in the chicken to the diary. Still not bad for two bowls of soup! Not full but I’m not starving either. Full enough I can now concentrate on my task instead of my hunger :).

I used the chicken bouillon granules. High in sodium but better flavor than canned broth or homemade chicken stock.
