Holding steady at -1000 Cal daily deficit. Not easy, but sticking to my guns. Sunday’s for me are “break even” days, but I still shoot to hit my Macro targets.
All in all, 1.5 weeks in, I’m feeling safe, confident, and driven to hit my target of 170 Lbs by Sept 1st. Orlando here we come!
