Weekend went according to plan! Sat/Sun has historically been tuff for me. With FatSecret I'm able to plan out my meals & Caloric intake. This motivates me to stay on track and succeed! I thrive with measurables, and FatSecret helps me gauge my performance and see & feel results!
For ONCE! I was able to see a weight loss after a weekend, instead of a gain. Theres a first time for everything! haha!
