Stalled. Bouncing up and down for the month. The weather has been too hot to get outside - no excuse for overeating though.
Need to get the AC's straightened out. Food prep went well; I have several lunch items to eat and snacks with fruit so that is going to be the way forward.
Couldn't sleep last night and had to get up early for work - so I will probably not make it to the gym.
