This diet entry is for July 30 not 31st
Day 15 Monday Diet started two weeks today. Total lost 14.2lbs. I'm really pleased with this. This morning I had some orange juice. In afternoon I had 1/2c canteloupe Supper 1 bowl of homemade ham & vegetable soup.
Went to hospital & joined an Arthritis exercise group that meet twice a week using the hospital hydrotherapy pool for 1/2 hour. Walked 3 blocks to & from hospital to the car.
Came home & ate 1/2 c canteloupe, 1 cracker & 1 sl sausage with my 2yr old grand-daughter. Then went outside & played with her at watering flowers, rocks, trees & me!
10pm was hungry, so ate 2 sl toasted raisin bread with becel (good)
Was watching TV & really wanted chocolate. Gave in at 11.30pm & ate 4 Chunky kitkats. Will have to work them off tomorrow!!
