It’s a great idea in principle but In theory to swap cucumber for ice cream less so.

Yes Gouldilocks of course ... but see the difference between them .. the difference is huge .. by the way i lost my weight by eating cucumber (just cucumber) for first two months, breakfast, lunch and dinner even the snack's .. i lost more than 15 kg in two month's and i think it's good for me.

Definitely a big difference I agree. I’m my opinion it’s not a reasonable swap. Rather fat free yogurt instead of full fat ice cream ? It needs to be attainable and have longevity Great result on your weight loss. I’ve learned that whatever you do when losing weight you have to do it long term. If you do something out of the ordinary and stop you tend to fall back into old habits and the weight creeps Back.

Yes MarishkaN when i eat cucumber .. i feel satiety quickly with low calories .. one cucumber have 8 calories only... and it have fiber and water enough to feeling satiety

I like cucumbers and I like ice cream, but I don't consider them interchangeable. If I wanted something sweet like an ice cream treat, I'd need something that's healthy and could satisfy my sweet tooth. As Gouldilocks already suggested, fat free frozen yogurt would be a good alternative. Or maybe a low fat milkshake...mmmmm 😋
