I feel like such a failure...been doing pretty good these last couple of days. Tossed and turned all night and then started sweating. I knew my sugar was about to crash, got up and felt kinda shakey. Took my sugar and it was 75..ok not so low but nothing "healthy" in the house to eat. I decided to indulge and make me some ramen noodles (a rare treat for me). I added some frozen veggies to make it a little healthy. While waiting, my sugar went lower and I ate cookies and peanut butter...but wait my glutton self also ate a chicken salad sandwich AND the ramen veggie combo...1300 calories!!! I know I don't need to eat that much when my sugar drops, but I have anxiety and I panic every time. I feel like a failure. All I can do now is eat lightly for lunch and dinner. I'm thinking light salads.

PS...Planning on grocery shopping today. Was gonna have some eggs and maybe a piece of toast and some berries for breakfast to do until I went shopping...that's out now..still going shopping tho.
