Last night after I finished my journal entry, I couldn't get satisfied needing something to for my sweet tooth. I think I ate too much yesterday & that was the problem. I had a choc/raspberry yogourt 0% 35cals but that didn't do it & at 12.45am, I ate an aero choc bar. I should have gone to bed, because the one bar didn't do it for me, so I ate the whole package of 4 bars. I'm surprised that I was only up 1 pound this morning.
I've slept a lot again today & haven't eaten much to try & ofset the damage, but I also haven't exercised. Hopefully tomorrow, I will get off to a better start.
This morning I had water with my meds & then about 1/2cup canteloupe. Nothing else until 7pm, I made a sl of ww toast with becel, 2 scrambled eggs in 1/2 tsp virgin coconut oil, 4 cherry tomatoes & 1 pce (1/3 of a coil) of bbq'd farmers sausage.
I'll try not to have anything else to eat tonight.
11.30pm I did 2mls on the treadmill
