Going back to a KETO diet .... i don’t have a scale right now, but I’m pretty sure I’ve gained.

Had 2 hot Italian sausages for breakfast/lunch (couldn’t eat till 1, as I had a nail appointment this AM).

Had a package of NuPasta (Konjac noodles) with some tomato sauce, for supper.

Made a batch of peanut butter cookies with dark chocolate mini chips, with stevia instead of sugar. So they’re pretty low carb. Nice to have a “sweet” snack, for when the cravings hit! Hoping to make a low carb key lime cheesecake tomorrow...

Tomorrow is my weigh in and I'm scared. Been sick so eating unhealthy and sleeping ALOT. Sunday starts a new week though, so let's hope we can get back on track.

Some days are just easier than others ... when willpower is low, it’s impossible! Good luck to you, and just remember that it’s not permanent- we can change these things.
