Fact:
I have eaten less than I should, but of food that I shouldn’t 😔
We’ve been moving (slowly) to our new home, and after working 8-6, and then spending my last few hours packing-moving-unpacking, pizza has DEFINITELY been our go-to.
I haven’t weighed myself in a couple weeks now, and I have no intention of weighing myself again for a bit. If I don’t mentally get right first, it won’t help anyway.
