I have been out of it the last 5 days. I live and work in Vegas and we have labor issues and expiring contracts all across the city.

So, the last few weeks has been all about trying to resolve these issues and trust me...it's a process.
It has been multiple days of 10 to 18 hours of not being able to truly focus on my eating and my quest to 190.

Last night we resolved a 2nd large entity so today it's on...refocusing on me and my better future.
Glad to be back!
Now, let's get this body moving and losing.
