I went to Costco for some veggies and they were having their seafood extravaganza. I got some scallops and some salmon at $6 a pound. I ended up having to wrestle the 5 pound fish and cut it up and take off the fins and tail and stuff. Stuck it into the oven to bake, then broiled the skin. The fish was so fresh and tasty! I ate half a pound it was so good. My macaw had some too - means he will have fish breath for a while!
Why I bother to record a plan, I do not know. I rarely eat what I put on the list for dinner. But it doesn't take time to log so maybe I will just get better at planning instead of recording.
Anyway, slow day at work, I left early and dropped off some things out of my house, will reload my car tomorrow. No yard sales! I ordered some tickets for the art museum for tomorrow - going to see the Escher exhibit, it should be cool. Maybe will take the train in so I don't have to find parking.
