Lactose Free Greek Yogurt (Plain - 0%) with a bit of Stevia for sweetness, blueberries,raspberries, Flaxseeds and 1/4c granola. Oh.. and Organic Decaf Coffee... since my homeopathic dr said NO caffeine, no diet pop, etc etc 😩 And we’re just getting started!
