All prepped for the upcoming week of meals! Going higher on the amount of vegetables in my diet, and keeping the refined carbs limited to the granola on my yogurt and berries in the AM ... Started treatments with the Homeopathic Doctor, so hopefully by address the physical/mental connection, and working with my body rather than against it, I’ll see some real changes ☀️ Until then, I’m trying to practice compassion towards my own body.
