abbadabba's Journal, 10 May 18

I went back over the diet and exercise that was going on during my most successful losing streak, as it were. Intake was at about 1300 calories a day, but the fitbit steps average was 9975. Daily average calorie burn was 2020. So, I am not exercising enough.
I also had a much lower percentage of fat intake, and higher protein intake. So. Much less fat. Carbs under 100. Protein over 75, up to 100.
I had a protocol: high carb in the morning. half carb half protein during the day, and then end the day high protein.
Going to work on reducing fat, and walking at lunch and after work. Or maybe in the morning. More walking.
Carry on!

I just did the same thing. I’m trying to get back to the successful regimen. We know it works. We just have to do it.

That’s why recording is always so useful.. I look back on my journals as well as diary, to remind myself what works 😉 You can do it !
