I have been stressed because of Nat's echo cardiogram. I find myself stress eating. I also found that I tend to eat when I am bored. Still waiting for results.

Good luck with husbands results of test. Stress eating is easy for me too.

Thank you. Nat is actually short for Natalie. She is my 16 yr. old. We are supposed to monitor her and see if she still has a hard time breathing. I am going to try and get my family to start working out and eating healthier.
