Been doing well, yaaaaa me!
Yesterday was Cinco de Mayo and I didn't get crazy but I still ate almost 1500 extra calories.
Definitely, not eating the way I have in the past and now I actually reject many old favorites because even though I have only lost 20lbs...those food items just aren't worth sacrificing my small window of success.

Today, I will intermittent fast until 5pm to reset my body and get to attacking this new week!
Trust me, every day I have to coach myself through the day. Every hour I have to make choices, just like you and the one thing I have included in my new outlook is always adding the way I feel to the equation and not just focusing on how I look and what the scale reads!
Really appreciating how losing weight has made the quality of my life better in every aspect has been the greatest gift so far on this journey.

You are all playing a part in my success so keep sharing those journals because I read them and learn from each of you.
