Happy Friday Everyone - I hope you all have a terrific day. I am really busy the next few days on duty and a lot of eating out so it will be an interesting meal logging weekend. I have learned the past few days that no matter what our situations is that there is always someone in a tougher spot than myself. Keeping that in mind I am going to work to be kinder and more understanding to my fellows. we never know the details of their journey. Have a fantastic adventure friends.
