I decided to weigh today. I am down 10 lbs. Wow. I was able to do 16 minutes of bed exercises this morning after I got off work. Progress, slow and steady. I am trying for 1 minute more every day.

I have been trying to do better lately. I have been watching what I eat more carefully. If I could just kick this Mountain Dew habit. Ugh. But I am down to 1 a day now, so that's some progress. I have also been adding in some exercises that I can do while lying in bed. Unfortunately, I was only able to do a little at a time. But today, I managed a solid 15 minutes. When I started this, I could barely do 2 or 3 minutes without severe pain. So that's so progress. I am trying for a few minutes more everyday.

Well, it has been a terrible month. I lost my life partner of 13 years on wednesday 1/11/23. She passed from brain cancer. It was horrible in the end. I love her. I miss her. I got on the scale tonight at work and was amazed to see that I have lost almost 20 lbs in the last couple of weeks. Hopefully, I can keep losing the weight.
