Fitbit users i have a question please. If it says i've burned 1800 calories is that including my BMR of 1300 calories or on top of that?
I've done 12000 steps and 33 very active minutes and 7.5km.

Hi farsecreters hope everyone is well! I recently read a study saying that people who eat 2 big meals a day, big breakfast and big lunch and a tiny or no dinner lose more weight than people who eat the same amount of calories spaced out in several smaller meals. What are your thoughts to this? has anyone tried this or read similar things?

Yes weightloss is a life style change but for the next 3 weeks it's to fit into a dress up! I'm taking a poll should I go as tinkerbell or snow white? pictures of me in each dress up will follow as soon as they arrive. Based on my measurements I should fit the small so fingerd crossed. please comment your preference. hope all my buddies and other fs warriors are well!
