Actually a large drop, been doing lots of weightlifting too so its showing. I need to make a few summer clothing.
Found my fitbit in the washer again this morning, I really need to take care of that thing better.
Still tinkering with dosages/strains on my new medication plan but for the most part I am doing pretty well.

Crazy busy and getting the garden going. Not really paying attention to food, in fact, the last few days my appetite has been off again. Change in meds again. Very very tired at night.

Learning to knit. I have sworn more in the last week than I have in the last ten years lol. So far all I have finished is a scarf and a dishcloth. Its supposed to be a relaxing, sitting still hobby for me, not sure how that will work out lol.

Running a bit but not training quite. I keep forgetting to put the fitbit on in the morning but I think I am averaging 11000ish so overall I am happy.

I am lurking more than anything else these days but I am still here.

Getting back into a groove with exersize, not watching macro so much as calories and listening to my body. New meds increase appetite so I am working hard at staying on calories.

Spent the day with the boys hiking and exploring so my day was a haze of snack foods and coffee/tea so i ma not even going to try to record. I am going to a short 2 miler here in a bit then settle in with some TV. My weight isn't moving very fast but I have hugely bumped up activity so I am not worried.
I feel good and it will come.
