I haven't started a "real program" since re-activating Fat Secret. I have been in the contemplation stage. Tomorrow is the real start date. I have my new lunch box, and I have ingredients for breakfast, lunch and a snack to carry to work tomorrow. I will pack my shoes so I can walk at lunch. I am not getting hung up about the numbers, I just want to be healthy. I will schedule a blood draw on tuesday.
the more I think and pray about dieting and food, I am convinced that it's a God thing. I want to move God the creator to the center of my life, not food. I want to celebrate the Risen lord, and live a live that promotes life, not death. I want to become the creation that I am intended to become.
