Day 2 of my reset. Water only, with a premiere protein around 3/4 pm. Yesterday was so stressful will I wanted to do was eat, but I remembered how great I felt when I hit day 3 of my liquid-only week, so I pushed through. Yesterday I was so stressed I didn't drink enough water (maybe 500 ml), and doesn't lose as much as if like (1 lb). So today I'm going to hit my water goal and then some.
Next weigh in is Sunday and I'm gonna feel fabulous when I see a little more weight loss.
