So 5 days into keto and I’m down 7lbs. And today was an inaccurate mid day weigh in after I had my morning protein shake, drank water, had lunch... so hoping to weigh in on Friday morning first thing before I start my day.
I’ve gone on my fourth walk in five days, feels good. Keeping up with my supplements, CBD and drinking lots of water!!! Go me!

Okay. I’ve been off of here for so long... even with quarantine and eating whatever I want and never leaving the house... I have managed to not completely let things get out of hand.
But I’m feeling sluggish and need a reboot. Eating keto always helps me with that... so here I am back to tracking my food and staying motivated, healthy, accountable!
