Coffee time. I stopped drinking coffee for several months to help repair and restore my gut health. And I am reintroducing it back to see if it causes issues.
Also, I got engaged this weekend. 💎 He proposed while we were out searching for beach glass. 🥰

This pandemic is making it hard to stick to my diet and goals...
I don’t do the grocery shopping... I have been getting the GreenChef keto options delivered and that’s been helping me cook creative meals without sending Mac to the store in search of tons of things.
Also on windy days when we don’t want to go walk on the beach... my kids and I have dance parties and that’s helping me get more cardio in during the week!! Small victories and more energy is slowing becoming noticeable...

Small scale victory.
Non scale victory. I feel and look less bloated!!!
I’ve increased my work outs and daily walks. So I also think I am gaining muscle as I lose fat. 🤷‍♀️ So the scale isn’t moving so much. But my jeans are fitting loosely so I am still happy at the moment!!

I had a major cheat day (planned) on Sunday for the super bowl.
And Aunt Flo is coming this week. So I’ll still a call this lil gain a success.
