yesterday made a big effort to cut out sugar...now hopefully on the way down...(still am thinking to eat all those sweet s)

omg! was horrified to ee my weight jump up like that..!
went to groceries and bought figs,prunes and walnuts..
i knew not to eat too many figs,but never checked sugar content...also drinking tea with sugar in it..(and lemon)
also found coffee with sugar and milk already in it(usually have 2 in morning)16g.of sugar each cup..
also last few days eating 2 hotdogs with cheese and mini
pitas

oh was eating also 1 c. greek yogourt..
so disappointed..plus havent been doing much steps at all

trouble with arthritis in legs
plus bad circulation..
going to try to cut down drastically on SUGAR now..
but i actually thought i was eating so well.lol....
