I think some of my weight loss this week was water since I was barely back into ketosis. I'm now going strong 💪 oh oh, i colored my gray hair today! I'm now a super light blond 👱♀️ Haha. I'd post a photo, but it doesn't really show up. I might choose a different color blond next time. I'm super happy with it. I'll take photos soon. Then, I can post a before and after weight loss photo. Have a great day.

I'm getting tired of burgers. It was good with onions and cheese. Tomorrow, it's gonna be STEAK with a butter sauce!

Yeah, I'm starting to lose again and am mentally in the GAME! Losing weight is all mental and implementing new habits for life. it's also finding what works for us. I'm still learning. This month, I ate more for sure and stalled. It was good practice for maintenance 🤣 I know, I need to keep it mostly carnivore and in ketosis, or my mind isn't as clear, and I get carb cravings. It's almost May! WHERE DID THIS YEAR GO ALREADY! 16 months of losing and 9 more pounds to go 🚶♀️ 🙌 I'm going to reach my goal by my birthday, mid-June! yeah!
Light breakfast. I left the cheese off so I can have it on my dinner burger!
2 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 oz onion , slice tomatoes, baby pickles 😁

5oz burger, 1/2 oz cheddar, tomato, mustard. These baby pickles are so GOOD! I just bought two big jars at Walmart. Helps me with electrolytes too! Keeping my portions to single serving size really helps. I'm training my brain to be thin & stay thin.
