its been a good week! not for food but in terms of loss on scale and inches I am super happy!

chest 37 --> down 1
upper belly 32.5---> same
lower belly 38.--> down .5
hips 39.---> down .5
thigh 22. --> same
calf 13.5 --> same
arm 11.5--> up .5

wow.! super happy with that number
since my eating habits have not been great this week as there hasn't been much selection in my fridge but will fix that tonight.

started wearing the meta patch this week and am on day 81 of doing 5k a day and have been doing more focused workouts both at home and the gym

Drank wine on the weekend but haven't had any acholol during the week

then this happened last night...

Propped up in bed ready for movie and cuddle, with my son and when he puts his head on my belly so I can rub his back he says..

"You getting skinny is not good for my cuddling"
