I have decided not to fill in the food tracker on FatSecret anymore. I do do one on the weight watchers site and its much easier to navigate.
I am also gonna weigh myself on sunday mornings here at home and I will input that weight into my weight tracker on fatsecret. Then tuesdays at weight watchers class, my weigh-in result will go in their weight tracker on their website.
I am using this site as I have a few friends here who are very supportive and I want to support them too.
I showed a 3 lbs loss today so settled at 310 lbs, I am very well pleased with that, its a total loss of 9 lbs in 3 weeks.
I am enjoying it this time round and I am empowered at the moment and want to do well this time.
