Today my weight is the same but my stomach has shrunk!!! no more fat sticking out and from 34" my waist is smaller and come down to 31.5 " I'm really happy with my diet, I intermittent fast every day except Sunday, I eat at 2 pm and then have dinner at 8pm or some days 9pm but not later. I just eat sensibly, a good wholesome lunch with nutient dense foods like chicken, eggs or pork with veggies. less fried and less refined foods. It seems to be working!!! yay!! I was having a tough time bringing my weight down with menopause and my age of over 50yrs.

My weight has been at 66 . something kgs. now for a while, I'm not on a keto diet but I'm IF and am happy. I exercised a lot yesterday too, that makes my weight go up a few 100 gms. always. I feel good, I want to loose more but I may be being unrealistic for my age. I am losing fat because of the IF, the weighing scale doesn't show it, but my clothes do, and the measuring tape. I am going to keep at it, everyday 16/8 . let me see how my body reacts.

I want to tone my body now, so have to go on a full keto diet, but I love eating my carbs too, IF and eating very little, much below my 1800 recomended calories is working for me. Will have to wait and see. I need to bring down my fat %.
If anyone is doing it this way, please let me know. I drink a lot of water too.
