Finally the drop I have been waiting almost three weeks for. :) this is actually the third day weighing in at this weight so hoping it won’t go up again. Sticking to my routine. Feeling good.

Not going to weigh in till Sunday. If it’s still the same weight on Sunday that will be 3 weeks of being stuck at the same weight. Hope not - and just going to try and focus on small goals each day and Sunday will be whatever it will. Nice run today even though I didn’t feel like going when I woke up. In the end was very happy I did and I felt much better afterward.

Arghhhhh! This is silly. Down to 139 for two days and then back up. Not sure why. Nutrition is consistently good , excercise has been great, sleep is good. Just hoping all of a sudden there will be an extra big drop to make up for the stall here for a while. Patience. Happy Mother’s Day to all.

Stuck at the same weight for a couple of weeks. I weigh myself everyday even though I only record about once a week. Frustrating thing is I was about a pound less for 3-4 days a week and half ago then went up and now stuck there. Arghhh. Going to stay patient - focus on my flexibility goals and enjoying running in the nice weather. Bought a new pair of running shoes so excited to try them out on my next run. Happy Tuesday.
