Celebration Weekend!
My favorite little NSV, Binky-puppy, had her first birthday on Friday. She went to doggie daycare and had her little nails done. She got a doggie cookie from the doggie bakery. Saturday was the doggie park (those pics were a blur, not included).
We also got our airfryer attachment, Mealthy, to our instant pot...making it into an airfryer. We had fun with chicken and shrimp! I am in love with this already.

Met calorie goal.
Bike 30 minutes.
Rosary and stretches to come.
Been a little sore, probably from my time away from the bike last week. It will just take a little time to get back to where I was before.

Surprised at loss, but very happy.
Had vascular procedure and things have gone well with the arm. I want to thank my FS friends for the prayers. I sincerely believe in the power of prayer, and they worked!
Had slight stomach bug on Friday, so today is my first day back in the saddle of the bike.
Met calorie goal...so far.
Bike 30.
Rosary and stretches to come.

Procedure went fine. Versed and other meds. Sleepy. Thanks for prayers. Prayers worked! Going to sleep 😁👍❤
