Took a few months off. Pleasantly surprised that damage was not greater. Fired up and ready to go again. I wonder if anyone else ever needs a break from this?

On track. Acquaintance gave me free treadmill that I love. Also doing "walk yourself thin" on YouTube. I will beat this. Got new haircut, new uniforms for work. Had to get one pair new pants. I've got this.
